SIMPLE TIPS TO MANAGE ALLERGIES

There are many treatments available to ease allergy symptoms, but some of the most powerful tools are readily available and free of charge. Start by checking your local pollen levels and wearing an N95 mask outdoors when risk is high. Most allergens come into our homes from the outdoors, so removing your shoes and coat before entering the home is an easy way to keep allergens out. Keeping your dwelling clean also goes a long way but refrain from using harsh chemical cleaners that can trigger allergies, and choose a homemade vinegar solution instead. Finally, try increasing your intake of fluids, fresh fruits, and vegetables. The extra hydration can thin mucus and provide some relief.

P.S. When in doubt, steam it out. Lean over a bowl of steaming hot water and cover your head with a towel for near-instant relief from allergy symptoms.
